Keto Spinach and Cheese Omelet


Ingredients:



3 large eggs

1/2 cup fresh spinach

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon butter


Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:


Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.

Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.


Sauté the spinach until wilted.


Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook until the edges begin to set.


Sprinkle cheese on one side and fold the omelet in half.


Cook until eggs are fully set.


Serve hot.
