Keto Zucchini Noodles with Pesto and Chicken

Ingredients:


1 medium zucchini (spiralized into noodles)

1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced

2 tablespoons pesto (keto-friendly)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese


Instructions:


Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the zucchini noodles for 2-3 minutes until soft.


Add the cooked chicken and pesto, stirring to combine.


Top with Parmesan cheese before serving.
