Ingredients:



1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained

1 avocado, mashed

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice


Salt and pepper to taste



Instructions:


Mix the mashed avocado, tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.


Serve as is or in lettuce wraps.
