Keto Bacon and Egg Muffins

Ingredients:

6 large eggs

6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

1/4 cup heavy cream

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.

Whisk the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Stir in the crumbled bacon and cheese.

Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Serve hot or store in the fridge for later.
