Ingredients:


1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced

2 cups romaine lettuce

2 tablespoons Caesar dressing (keto-friendly)

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 boiled egg

1/4 avocado, sliced


Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:


Combine the lettuce, chicken, egg, and avocado in a large bowl.


Toss with Caesar dressing and sprinkle with Parmesan.


Season with salt and pepper.
