Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons almond flour
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium zucchini, spiralized
1/2 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, Parmesan, almond flour, and garlic.
Shape into meatballs.
Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Heat the marinara sauce in a pan, add the zoodles, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Serve the meatballs on top of the zoodles and marinara.
